Terms of Service & Fulfillment Policy

At Concep Tech Billing Inc. (CTBI), we are committed to providing clear and transparent policies regarding the fulfillment of our services. This policy outlines the conditions under which our clients can receive refunds, cancel subscriptions, and other relevant fulfillment details.

1. Refund Policy

CTBI provides automated billing and administrative services to fertility clinics. Refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered by one of our partner fertility clinics. However, if there are circumstances where a refund may be applicable, such as billing errors or discrepancies, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation Policy

Patients may cancel their enrollment in our billing system with a 30-day written notice. However, if patients still have specimens stored with one of our clinics, they must first complete a disposition workflow that legally releases the clinic from the obligation to continue storing their specimens. Only after the completion of this workflow can the billing subscription with CTBI be canceled. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle once all conditions are met.

3. Service Delivery

CTBI provides its services digitally and automatically through our proprietary software, which integrates seamlessly with the administrative systems of our client clinics. Upon enrollment, services are delivered continuously and in real-time, ensuring that all billing and administrative tasks are managed effectively.

4. Dispute Resolution

We strive to maintain the highest level of satisfaction with our clients. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, please contact us immediately at support@fertilitybillingsolution.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.

5. Changes to Our Terms of Service & Fullfillment Policy.

CTBI reserves the right to update or modify our Terms of Service & Fullfillment Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our clients through email and will be reflected on our website.
